Dean McDermott, the husband of American actress Tori Spelling, could face jail time if he fails to pay his child support dues within 30 days for his 16-year-old teenage son, SF Gate reported on Thursday, August 20.
Mary Jo Eustace, McDermott’s ex-wife, has filed legal papers against her estranged husband, alleging that he is five months delayed on child support payments for their son Jack. Papers show McDermott owes a total amount of $8,700, and that he has to pay it within 30 days to avoid possible jail time.
McDermott and Spelling have been around on many different family-themed reality shows, and Jack has occasionally been featured in some of them.
